Meet the [ new ] Chef
Pascal Lognon-Duval, new Chef of Cazaudehore
We are very happy to announce that Pascal Lognon-Duval has joined the Cazaudehore family.
Having worked in the kitchens of Taillevent & Guy Martin -among others- and after a great Japanese adventure crowned by 2 stars in the Red Guide, the Chef took possession of the kitchens of Cazaudehore on November 9th.
Born in 1971, rocked by wines & gastronomy from a young age, he grew up in a family where the table has always been of great importance: importance of getting together, importance of sharing, … and importance of eating well!
His cuisine is a diagonal between the South-West – birthplace of Cazaudehore – and the Mediterranean, surfing on seasonality … and without added fat!
His ambition within the Cazaudehore institution: to develop the gastronomic universe and satisfy our demanding & loyal clientele!
